done exceptionally well, and is now serving lower nobles and rich people
exquisite dishes of seldom tasted quality. They charge for it too. Money.

Urbra Fiskare (Owner)
That Urbra is an otter, of course comes as no surprise. Being a former master
of the sea, he now personally supervises and inspects the fish from the tavern's
own little fleet of two fishing boats. The secret recipies are his, and nobody
but he and the (unbribable) cook know them.
Bruin (Bouncer)
Bruin is formally hired as help staff for the Frothing Otter, although
his real function (apart from helping with heavy things, of course) is that of
a bouncer, keeping the place free from troublesome elements that might otherwise
have a negative effect on the influx of monetarily solid customers.
